 Deposit and Cancellation Policy: A $250.00 deposit is due with your signed contract agreement. After your reservations are confirmed, the first night’s rent and tax is due thirty (30) days in advance of arrival along with a rooming list.
Refund Policy: All deposits are refundable if the cancellation occurs thirty (30) days in advance of reservation date. If cancellation occurs after the thirty (30) day cutoff, the first night’s rent and tax will not be refunded.
Check-In and Check-Out Times: Check-In is at 3:00 p.m. and Check-Out is at 12:00 p.m.
